On the first day of the class you will be allowed access to the training area. If the class has already started your access will be upgraded as soon as we can verify that you have submitted payment (usually under 3 hours).

You will be allowed to take advantage of this online course for 30 days or the duration of the course, whichever is longer.

You will receive the training materials by USPS Priority Mail, which should arrive in two to three days.

If you need the materials sooner, you will also be given the option of overnight shipping for an extra fee (overnight shipping depends on the time the order is received!).

On completion of the course you will receive your SkillTrainer.com Certificate of Completion by mail.
